Good to know

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead in summer, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Is delivery really free?

Yes. delivery and pickup are free across Kokkini Hani, Gournes, Gouves and Hersonissos. Stalida and Malia are available for a small additional charge.

How long does the battery last?

Depending on terrain and assist level, our batteries deliver up to 110 km per charge, easily a full day of riding. Every rental includes a charger.

What’s included with each bike?

Every ride includes a helmet, lock and key, battery charger and the option of a baby seat, all at no extra cost.

What if something goes wrong during my ride?

We’re a phone call away. If you have any issue we’ll talk you through it or come to you anywhere in our delivery area.
